The balanced Art de Vivre Rosé Languedoc from France is a cuvée, vinified from the grape varieties Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Art de Vivre Rosé Languedoc can continue to harmonize for a few months on the fine lees.
