Vinification of Bree Free White alcohol-free

The basis for the elegant Bree Free White alcohol-free from Germany is grapes from various selected grape varieties. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled. After the wine is finished, Bree Free White alcohol-free is gently dealcoholized.

This German white wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to fruity endive salad, wok vegetables with fish or asparagus salad with quinoa.
