Following the harvest, the grapes are promptly brought to the winery. There, they are sorted and gently crushed. The fermentation of the base wines then follows. Afterwards, the Bergdolt-Reif & Nett Brunetti Grape-Secco Non-Alcoholic matures for several months in the bottle and is finally disgorged. After the wine is completed, the Brunetti Grape-Secco Non-Alcoholic is gently de-alcoholized.
