When the glass is swirled, this sparkling wine reveals an unparalleled balance, as it does not appear watery nor syrupy or liqueur-like on the sides of the glass. The bouquet of this sparkling wine from Champagne seduces with hints of fig, mango, peach and pear. Following the aromas further, notes of liquorice and almond appear.

Vinification of the Brut Cuvée Eugene from Casters Louis
The balanced Brut Cuvée Eugene from France is a cuvée, vinified from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. It is obvious that the Brut Cuvée Eugene is shaped by more than just the soils of Champagne. This French wine can, in the truest sense of the word, be described as an Old World wine, presenting itself as exceptionally distinguished and complex. An undeniable influence on the ripeness of the harvested fruit is the fact that the Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir grapes thrive under the influence of a rather cool climate. This is expressed, among other things, in particularly long and evenly ripened grapes and a rather moderate alcohol content in the wine. After manual harvesting, the grapes are immediately brought to the press house. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by the fermentation of the base wines.
