Vinification of Brutalis in GP by Vidigal Wines
The powerful Brutalis in GP from Portugal is a cuvée, vinified from the grape varieties Alicante Bouschet and Cabernet Sauvignon. After being hand-picked, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally drawn off.
