Vinification of the Parra Jiménez Camino Roble Tinto

The basis for the balanced Camino Roble Tinto from Castile - La Mancha are grapes from the Tempranillo variety. After the hand harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and gently broken up. Fermentation follows in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the organically produced Camino Roble Tinto is aged for several months in oak barriques. Once the wine is finished, the Camino Roble Tinto is carefully harmonized.
