On the palate, Bodegas Enguera's Cañada Negra Reserva starts wonderfully aromatic, fruit-driven and balanced. There are dry and really dry. This red wine belongs to the second group, as it was vinified with only 0.4 grams of residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this powerful red wine is wonderfully creamy. Vinification of the Bodegas Enguera Cañada Negra Reserva

The basis for the first-class and wonderfully powerful cuvée Cañada Negra Reserva from Bodegas Enguera are Monastrell, Syrah and Tempranillo grapes. After the grape harvest, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small wood at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by aging for several months in oak barrels. Once the wine is finished, the Cañada Negra Reserva is carefully harmonized.
