More information about Chardonnay Marlborough - Saint Clair Family Estate
The elegant Chardonnay Marlborough from Saint Clair Family Estate shimmers a radiant golden yellow in the glass. On the nose, this Saint Clair Family Estate white wine presents all kinds of peaches and figs. As if that were not already impressive, further aromas such as Galia melon join in thanks to maturation in stainless steel.
Saint Clair Family Estate Chardonnay Marlborough tastes pleasantly dry. It was bottled with 2.8 grams of residual sugar. This is a genuine quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities and thus, despite all its dryness, this New Zealander delights with the finest balance. Excellent flavor does not necessarily require sugar. Balanced and multi-layered, this velvety white wine presents itself on the palate. Thanks to its well-balanced acidity, Chardonnay Marlborough caresses the palate with a pleasing feel without sacrificing freshness. The finish of this youthful white wine from the New Zealand South Island region, more precisely from Marlborough, ultimately delights with a lovely aftertaste.
Vinification of Chardonnay Marlborough by Saint Clair Family Estate
This balanced white wine from New Zealand is made from the Chardonnay grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately brought to the press house. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before finally being bottled.
