The powerful Chocolate Block 6 l in GP from South Africa is a cuvée made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Viognier. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
