The aroma of this white wine from the Coastal Region is determined by aromas of all kinds of red and black berries and dark fruits such as heart cherries and plums. The Boschendal Boschen Blanc delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with 4.9 grams of residual sugar. As you would naturally expect from a wine in the upper price range, this South African naturally enraptures with the finest balance for all its dryness. Excellent taste does not necessarily need a lot of residual sugar. With its vital fruit acidity, the Boschen Blanc presents itself impressively fresh and lively on the palate. Vinification of the Boschendal Boschen Blanc

The balanced Boschen Blanc from South Africa is a cuvée, pressed from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Colombard and Sauvignon Blanc. After harvesting, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully milled. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Boschen Blanc can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
