The light-footed Crémant du Jura Brut Lapiaz from the house of Tissot-Maire shines with brilliant golden yellow in the glass. The play of pearls of this Crémant shines in the glass vital and long lasting. The bouquet of this sparkling wine from the Jura convinces with aromas of lime, acacia, cherry blossom and orange blossom. It is its fruity nature that makes this wine so special.

This wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with only 2 grams of residual sugar. Excellent taste does not necessarily need a lot of sugar. On the palate, the texture of this light-bodied Crémant is wonderfully melting. The fruit acidity of Crémant du Jura Brut Lapiaz is wonderfully rounded, making this wine wonderfully smooth. Finally, the finish of this Crémant from the Jura wine-growing region delights with a beautiful reverberation. The finish is also accompanied by mineral hints of the soils dominated by clay and marl.

Vinification of the Tissot-Maire Crémant du Jura Brut Lapiaz

This elegant sparkling wine from France is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Jura. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of clay, limestone and marl. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Now follows the fermentation of the base wines. After the cuvée has been put together, further aging follows on the basis of classic bottle fermentation. Subsequently, the Tissot-Maire Crémant du Jura Brut Lapiaz matures for several months in the bottle and is finally disgorged.
