Vinification of the Weingut Gross Ratscher Pinot Blanc
The basis for the balanced Ratscher Weissburgunder from Styria are grapes from the grape variety Weißburgunder. In Styria, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of sand, limestone and gravel. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route.
