Aldinger's Feldhase Trollinger enters the glass with a bright ruby color and shows a wonderfully lucid color that is rarely experienced in our primitivo-pregnant times. The nose is dominated by strawberries, wild berries, blackberries and other black fruits. Ethereal hints of thyme and tarragon and a touch of nutmeg perfectly round out the bouquet of Feldhase Trollinger.

On the palate, the Aldinger Feldhase starts off elegant, fresh and fruity. The present fruit acidity makes the wine fantastically fresh and drinkable. The gentle tannin structure contributes to the superior drinkability of this Württemberg classic.

The Trollinger grapes are classically harvested and 100% mash fermented in stainless steel tanks to keep the fruitiness in the forefront. This Trollinger is dedicated to the field hare, which stands for the living vineyard. Therefore, Aldinger supports the organization Nature Life International in creating new habitats in the vineyard.
