The Gamla Chardonnay from Golan Heights Winery is a varietal, balanced and elegant white wine from the Golan / Galilee wine region. 

This wine appears golden yellow in the glass with sparkling reflections. The nose presents summery aromas of crisp apples, juicy pears, tropical fears and fresh lemons - spicy aromas and nuances of oak linger in the background. On the palate, this white wine is lively and fresh. The medium body allows itself to be skillfully taken in by the fine-creamy texture. The finish has a pleasant length. 

Vinification of the Golan Heights Winery Gamla Chardonnay

The grapes for this white wine grow on the northern Golan Heights. 

After harvesting the Chardonnay grapes, they are immediately taken to the winery of Golan Heights Winery. There, the berries are first pressed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks. To bring out the bright fruit and fine creamy texture, this wine is aged for a short time in French oak barrels.
