The elegant Goruli Mtsvane from Georgia is a single varietal wine made from the Goruli Mtsvane grape variety. The grapes grow close to the river in Kartlia. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of clay, granite and gravel. Due to the moderating influence of the nearbyriver, the grapes ripen more slowly and more aromatic partiality. At the time of optimal ripeness, the grapes for Goruli Mtsvane are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of coarse and less selective grape harvesters. After harvesting, the grapes are taken to the winery by the fastest possible route. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, Goruli Mtsvane can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
