The South Tyrolean Pinot Blanc Ritterhof DOC from Weingut Ritterhof shines in the glass in a light straw yellow with delicate, greenish reflections. This fragrant white wine unfolds its clear and fruity bouquet, which is dominated by fine apple.

This elegant South Tyrolean wine is elegant on the palate, with a soft fullness, racy and a beautiful melt.

Vinification for the Südtiroler Weißburgunder Ritterhof

The vines for this white wine grow in the Überetsch and Unterland regions on gravel-clay soils, which offer the ideal conditions for this grape variety.

After a short maceration period, the hand-picked grapes are gently pressed, clarified and fermented at 20° Celsius in stainless steel tanks.
