Founded in 1936, Bodegas del Senorio is famous for its vintage rarities. Through oxidative aging (as with sherry), the "old" wines bottled by winemaker Jesus Martinez Gutierrez present themselves like aged oloroso sherries. Through a second fermentation, the Gran Parlet builds a natural alcohol content of 17%. The winery has a rich treasure of old wines, which are stored large oak barrels of several thousand liters in old cellars. Typical for the presentation of the wine, appreciated as an anniversary gift, is the tall angular glass bottle with the eye-catching seal. It is also stylishly wrapped in paper and packaged in a wooden box.
