Vinification of the Künstler Inspiration Pinot Noir Rosé

The basis for the elegant Inspiration Pinot Noir Rosé from the Rheingau are grapes from the Pinot Noir grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place in the cellar at controlled temperatures.

This German wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to pear-lime strudel, spaghetti with yogurt-mint pesto or elderflower yogurt ice cream with lemon balm.
