The elegant Klein No from Weingut Klein flows into the glass with a bright light yellow. The nose of this white wine from the Palatinate seduces with notes of mango, lemon and acacia. Following the aromas further, boxwood appears.

Vinification of Klein No by Weingut Klein

The basis for the first-class and wonderfully balanced cuvée Klein No from Weingut Klein is Goldmuskateller, Sauvignon Blanc and Scheurebe grapes. After manual harvesting, the grapes are immediately brought to the winery. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn off.
