Vinification of François Feuillet Latricières Chambertin Grand Cru
The foundation for the balanced Latricières Chambertin Grand Cru from Burgundy is grapes from the Pinot Noir variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the press house immediately. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures.
