Vinification of Le Petit Man Sang Petit Manseng by Triebaumer

This white wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Petit Manseng. For this wonderfully powerful varietal wine from Triebaumer, only flawless grapes were used. Once perfect physiological ripeness is ensured, the grapes for Le Petit Man Sang Petit Manseng are harvested exclusively by hand, without the use of coarse, less selective machinery. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately brought to the winery, where they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before finally being bottled.
