The powerful MAPU Reserva Chardonnay from Chile is a single varietal wine, made from the Chardonnay grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are taken to the press house in the fastest way possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off.
