This elegant red wine from South Africa is made from the Pinot Noir grape variety. The grapes grow close to the sea in the Coastal Region. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of clay and gravel. Due to the moderating influence of the nearby sea, the grapes ripen more slowly and develop more aromatic partiality.
