The Melck's Blended Red from Muratie Estate reveals itself in the glass in an intense ruby red and unfolds its multilayered bouquet. The aromas of dark fruits, such as blueberries, raspberries and cherries present themselves in an interplay with the notes of dark chocolate and licorice.
This cuvée of Shiraz, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes is explosive and well-structured on the palate. Elegant nuances of plum and a hint of clove lead into a long finish. Silky tannins add backbone and texture to this South African red cuvée.
