This Chilean wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. Vinification of the Limited Selection Sauvignon Blanc from Montes

This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Sauvignon Blanc. Only premium grape material was harvested for this wonderfully balanced single varietal wine from Montes. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Limited Selection Sauvignon Blanc is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
