More information about 101 Pinot Noir trocken - Spreitzer

The 101 Pinot Noir from the wine-growing region of Rheingau reveals itself in the glass in brilliantly shimmering light red. The nose of this red wine from the Rheingau seduces with nuances of morello cherry, black cherry, plum and plum. If we trace the aromatics further, gingerbread spice, dark chocolate and beech smoke are added.

The 101 Pinot Noir from Spreitzer is just right for those who like as little residual sweetness in their wine as possible. However, it is never sparse or brittle, but round and smooth. Due to its lively fruit acidity, the 101 Pinot Noir reveals itself impressively fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this red from the wine-growing region of Rheingau finally inspires with considerable length. There are again hints of black cherry and plum.

Vinification of the 101 Pinot Noir from Spreitzer

The basis for the elegant 101 Pinot Noir from the Rheingau are grapes from the Pinot Noir grape variety. The berries for this red wine from Germany are harvested exclusively by hand after ensuring optimal ripeness. After the hand harvest, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place at controlled temperatures.

Food recommendation for the 101 Pinot Noir from Spreitzer

Enjoy this red wine from Germany best tempered at 15 - 18°C as an accompanying wine to Thai cucumber salad, ossobuco or veal boiled beef with beans and tomatoes.
