More information about Prosecco Spumante DOC - Cielo e Terra
With the Cielo e Terra Prosecco Spumante, a top-quality Prosecco is poured into a slightly tilted glass. It reveals a wonderfully bright, straw-yellow color. This sparkling wine also delights the eye with reflections. On the nose, this Cielo e Terra Prosecco unveils a variety of quinces, Nashi pear, pears, and apples.
Light-footed and complex, this light sparkling wine presents itself on the palate. Thanks to its moderate fruit acidity, the Prosecco Spumante caresses the palate with a soft sensation, without sacrificing freshness. In the finish, this wine from the Veneto region impresses with good length. Once again, hints of apple and Nashi pear emerge.
Vinification of the Cielo e Terra Prosecco Spumante
This wine focuses clearly on one grape variety, namely Glera. For this exceptionally elegant single-varietal wine by Cielo e Terra, only first-class grape material was used. After harvest, the grapes are quickly transferred to the press house. Here, they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by several months of aging on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
Serving recommendations for the Cielo e Terra Prosecco Spumante
