Vinification of Weingut Krug Rasslerin Rotgipfler
This white wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Rotgipfler. For this exceptionally powerful varietal wine from Weingut Krug, only immaculate grape material was used. After manual harvesting, the grapes are immediately brought to the press house. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
