Vinification of the Rebula Goriska Brda from Princic

The elegant Rebula Goriska Brda from Slovenia is a single-varietal wine, vinified from the Ribolla Gialla grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Slovenia. Here, the vines sink their roots deep into sandstone soils. After hand-picking, the grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by several months of aging on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.
