Vinification of the Ribolla Gialla from Bolzicco Fausta
The balanced Ribolla Gialla from Italy is a single-varietal wine, vinified from the Ribolla Gialla grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Here, the vines drive their roots deep into soils of sandstone and marl. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There, they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Ribolla Gialla can continue to harmonize for a few months on the fine lees.
