More information about Roederer Brut - Champagne Louis Roederer

The light-footed Roederer Brut from the house of Champagne Louis Roederer comes with brilliant golden yellow in the glass. The perlage of this champagne presents itself in the glass incredibly fine, elegant and long lasting. In the middle, the tone transitions to a beautiful color. If you give it some air in the glass by swirling it, this Champagne is characterized by a fascinating brilliance that makes it dance nimbly in the glass. Poured into a sparkling wine glass, this Champagne from France presents wonderfully expressive aromas of lemongrass, pink grapefruit, grapefruit and kumquat, rounded out by brittle, smoked meat and walnut.

This dry Champagne from Champagne Louis Roederer is for wine drinkers who prefer to drink bone dry. On the palate, the texture of this light-bodied Champagne is wonderfully light and crisp. Finally, on the finish, this storable Champagne from the Champagne winegrowing region delights with beautiful length. Again, hints of lemon and lemongrass appear. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the limestone-dominated soils join in.

Vinification of Champagne Louis Roederer Roederer Brut

The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully elegant Cuvée Roederer Brut from Champagne Louis Roederer are Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Champagne region. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and gently pressed. This is followed by fermentation of the base wines.
