Vinification of the Rosé Saint Chinian from Chapelle Saint Pierre
The balanced Rosé Saint Chinian from France is a cuvée, organically produced from the grape varieties Grenache and Syrah. After the hand harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house.
