After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Rouge Châteauneuf-du-Pape can further harmonize for 18 months on the fine lees.
