Poured into a white wine glass, this white wine from France presents wonderfully expressive aromas of pear, star fruit, kumquat and lemon, rounded off by other fruity nuances.
This wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with exceptionally low residual sugar. This is a real quality wine, which clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this Frenchman enchants naturally with all dryness with the finest balance. Vinification of the Saint Pierre Chablis from Baron Patrick
The elegant Saint Pierre Chablis from France is a single-varietal wine made from the Chardonnay grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of the fermentation, the Saint Pierre Chablis is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
