The wine berries for this white wine from Austria are harvested particularly quickly and preferably in the morning when they are perfectly ripe, in order to preserve their aromas. After hand-picking, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally drawn off.
