Vinification of Kühling-Gillot Sauvignon Blanc HASE
The basis for the balanced Sauvignon Blanc HASE from Rheinhessen is grapes of the Sauvignon Blanc variety. After harvesting, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
