On the tongue, this balanced white wine is characterized by an incredibly crisp texture. Due to its lively fruit acidity, the Sauvignon Blanc reveals itself wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. The finale of this white wine from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate, more precisely from the Neustadt, finally impresses with considerable reverberation. Vinification of the Sauvignon Blanc from Weinbiet Manufaktur
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Sauvignon Blanc. Only first-class grape material was harvested for this exceptionally balanced varietal wine from Weinbiet Manufaktur. In the Palatinate region, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of limestone and loess. The berries for this white wine from Germany, at the time of optimal ripeness, are harvested particularly quickly and preferably in the morning to preserve their freshness. After the harvest, the grapes are taken to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Sauvignon Blanc is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
