This balanced Champagne from France is organically produced from the grape varieties Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Naturally, the Selection Brut Grand Rosé Grand Cru is also shaped by the climatic and stylistic factors of Champagne. This French wine can literally be described as an Old World wine that presents itself as exceptionally refined and complex. A clearly significant influence on the ripening of the grapes is also the fact that the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes thrive in a rather cool climate. This is expressed, among other things, in particularly long and evenly ripened grapes and a rather moderate alcohol content in the wine. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. There they are selected and gently crushed. This is followed by the fermentation of the base wines.
