Vinification of Bretz Spätburgunder

The balanced Spätburgunder from Germany is a varietal wine made from the Spätburgunder grape variety. After harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
