The Cuvée Tagtraum from Ellermann-Spiegel is vinified by Frank Spiegel from Auxerrois and Pinot Blanc and comes into the glass with a bright citrus yellow color. The nose of this semi-dry, delightful Palatinate white wine is dominated by ripe pear and all sorts of tropical fruits such as lychee, mango and tangerine. On the palate, Ellermann-Spiegel's Daydream is wonderfully quaffable, juicy and fruit-driven. The exotic fruit aromas, melt and inner density of this wine invite you to dream. The semi-dry flavor profile makes for incredible drinkability. The balance of sweetness and fresh acidity is perfect.
