With the Pere Ventura Tresor Gran Reserva brut comes a first-class Cava in the wine glass. In this it presents a wonderfully brilliant, pale yellow color. To the nose, this Pere Ventura sparkling wine shows all sorts of quince, cherry blossom, nashi pear, honeysuckle and lemon. Vinification of the Tresor Gran Reserva brut by Pere Ventura

The basis for the elegant Tresor Gran Reserva brut from Catalonia are grapes from the grape varieties Parellada, Viura and Xarel-lo. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and gently pressed. Now follows the fermentation of the base wines.

This Spanish sparkling wine is best enjoyed very well chilled at 5 - 7°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to asparagus salad with quinoa, coconut-lime fish curry or spaghetti with yogurt-mint pesto.
