With the Pere Ventura Tresor Gran Reserva brut, a first-class Cava comes into the wine glass. It presents a wonderfully brilliant, light yellow colour. The perlage of this Cava presents itself in the glass vital and long lasting. To the nose, this Pere Ventura sparkling wine shows all sorts of quince, cherry blossom, nashi pear, honeysuckle and lemon. As if that wasn't already impressive, roasted almond, whole nut chocolate and brittle join the mix.
This Spanish wine wows with its elegantly dry flavors. It was bottled with only 8 grams of residual sugar. As expected from a wine of this reputation, this Spanish wine naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Taste does not necessarily need residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this light-footed sparkling wine is wonderfully dense. Due to its vital fruit acid, the Tresor Gran Reserva brut is impressively fresh and lively on the palate. The final of this Cava from the wine-growing region Catalonia captivates finally with beautiful reverberation
Vinification of the Tresor Gran Reserva brut by Pere Ventura
The basis for the elegant Tresor Gran Reserva brut from Catalonia are grapes from the grape varieties Parellada, Viura and Xarel-lo. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully pressed. Now the fermentation of the basic wines follows
