Vinification of the Clos Montblanc Únic Chardonnay Barrica

This powerful white wine from Spain is vinified from the Chardonnay grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Únic Chardonnay Barrica is aged for several months in oak barrels.
