Juegabolos - Bodegas Valderiz

The Juegabolos from Bodegas Valderiz from Castile and León reveals a dense, ruby-red color in the swirled glass. Vinification of Juegabolos by Bodegas Valderiz

The powerful Juegabolos from Spain is a varietal wine made from the Tempranillo grape variety. At optimal ripeness, the grapes for Juegabolos are harvested exclusively by hand, without the use of coarse and less selective mechanical harvesters. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.
