With the Calmel & Joseph Villa Blanche Chardonnay comes a first-class white wine in the wine glass. In this it offers a wonderfully bright, golden yellow color. The fruit acidity of Villa Blanche Chardonnay is remarkably mild, making this wine wonderfully smooth. The final of this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of the Languedoc finally captivates with beautiful reverberation. The finish is also accompanied by mineral hints of the soils dominated by volcanic rock and limestone.

Vinification of the Villa Blanche Chardonnay by Calmel & Joseph

This balanced white wine from France is vinified from the Chardonnay grape variety. In Languedoc, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of limestone, clay and volcanic rock. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in large wood at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for 3 months in French barrels.
