Vinification of the Pinot Blanc from Weingut Studier
The elegant Pinot Blanc from Germany is a single-varietal wine, vinified from the Pinot Blanc grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
