Here they are sorted and carefully milled. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Für mich 100% Rheinhessen Silvaner Sauvignon Blanc can harmonize further for several months on the fine lees. After the wine is finished, the Für mich 100% Rheinhessen Silvaner Sauvignon Blanc is carefully harmonized.
