Bodegas Verum Airen Pie Franco presents itself to the wine lover pleasantly dry. This white wine never appears coarse or lean, but rather round and smooth. On the palate, the texture of this well-balanced white wine is wonderfully light and silky. The finish of this white wine from the wine-growing region of Castile–La Mancha, more precisely from Castilla–La Mancha VT, ultimately delights with a lovely aftertaste.
Vinification of Bodegas Verum Airen Pie Franco
The balanced Airen Pie Franco from Spain is a varietal wine, organically produced from the Airén grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery as quickly as possible. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before it is finally bottled.
