The Amatista Moscato Rosado Frizzante from Anecoop reveals itself in a bright strawberry red and a delicate perlage.

On the palate, this sparkling wine presents itself with a nice balance of pleasant sweetness and discreetly fresh acidity. Vinification of Amatista Moscato Rosado Frizzante

After the grapes are carefully harvested by hand, they are destemmed, gently crushed and the resulting must undergoes a cold maceration for several hours. The must is then pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks under temperature control.
