The first nose of the Be Friends Rosé Cuvée presents notes of roses, strawberries and raspberries. The fruity hints of the bouquet are joined by further fruity-balsamic nuances.

The organically produced Schäfer-Heinrich Be Friends Rosé Cuvée presents an incredibly fruit-driven taste on the palate, which is no doubt due to its off-dry profile. On the tongue, this light-footed rosé wine is characterized by an immensely silky texture. Thanks to its present fruit acidity, the Be Friends Rosé Cuvée reveals itself on the palate as wonderfully fresh and lively. The finish of this youthful rosé wine from the Württemberg winegrowing region ultimately convinces with a lovely aftertaste. After hand-picking, the grapes are brought to the winery without delay. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Be Friends Rosé Cuvée can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
