Belsazar White harmoniously combines sweetness and spiciness. Spicy, floral, and fruity aromas blend into a mildly sweet enjoyment with elegant vanilla notes, hints of dried peach and orange – rounded off with a fine bitter note and 18% alcohol by volume.

Vinification of Belsazar White

The base consists of regional white and Gewürztraminer cuvées from southern Germany. This aperitif is infused with a complex bouquet of about 20 botanicals such as wormwood, anise, cardamom, coriander, clove, and orange peel. The whole is refined with handcrafted Black Forest fruit brandy, traditionally produced in the Black Forest.
